For the Consultancy Department, we are in search of
Consultant Healthcare Projects (m/w) 40 hours per week
The consultant Healthcare Projects works independently and in a team for and with our customers in developing hospital projects. The outcome of the studies and analyses which the consultancy department makes is based on the objectives of the customer and leads to a commercially feasible project. Although most of the work is carried out in Utrecht, approximately 20% of the time could be on location in the countries where Simed is active. The consultant Healthcare projects cooperate closely with the commercial and operations departments, and reports to the manager of the Consultancy Department.
You're most important tasks and responsibilities in this functions:
- Support of the commercial project through studies and analyses (e.g. financially; epidemiology; feasibility) of the potential project;
- Cooperate in the making of business plans and project plans;
- Reports, progress reports for the benefit of third parties (among others ORIO; banks etc.);
- Recommendations to and the writing of functional plans for a hospital;
- Develop plans, based on analyses of the market and the feasibility of the project taking into consideration the aims and (financial) possibilities of the customer / project;
- You develop cash flows and financial models regarding the investments and proposed operational data of the hospital.
The successful candidate has following qualities:
- An academic training (medicine, public health, (technical) business administration, health economy);
- Experience with writing project plans and feasibility studies / research;
- Abreast of international developments in the health care sector;
- Excellent analytical skills to collect primary and secondary data, analyze and process the collected data;
- Independent and enterprising worker with commercial feeling;
- Flexible and communicative;
- Strong team player;
- Excellent oral and written skills in the Dutch and English language and preferably Dutch. Skill in other languages (French, Spanish) is a recommendation.
